Ingredients
- 2 sesame, plain or everything bagels, halved
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cans oil packed tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- juice from half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayo (I use Greek yogurt)
- black pepper
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-2 heirloom or regular tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil, for drizzling
- kosher salt + pepper
- 1 avocado, sliced
- fresh arugula, for topping
